When we woke up on the morning of Kyle and Siobhan’s Skyline Ranch wedding, it was pouring rain. We didn’t know what the day had in store for us, but when we arrived the clouds parted and they got the romantic, rustic wedding they’d been dreaming of! These two fell in love with Skyline Ranch the moment they laid eyes on it and you’ll see why…

Kyle and Siobhan totally agreed on their favorite part of their wedding…

We made a lot of special memories but I think Kyle and I can both agree that our favorite memories are when we had our first look and our last dance at the end of the night. The day was such a whirlwind and went by so fast but having those few moments alone was very special to us both.

Siobhan’s father escorting her down the aisle was a huge moment for them…

My Dad had a massive stroke in 2015. Throughout the whole year of planning everyone kept trying to prepare me that he might not be able to walk me down the aisle for all different reasons. It means so much to us that we were still able to have those special father-daughter moments. Not only did we successfully get down the aisle but we were able to dance to our favorite James Taylor!

We couldn’t get over the gorgeous florals throughout the day. Victoria Knight from Violet and Vine Wall really pulled everything together with centerpieces and the sweetheart table.

It may have been a little chilly once the sun went down… we both wore two coats the whole reception! That definitely didn’t stop Kyle and Siobhan’s friends and family from dancing the night away at their lakefront wedding.

Siobhan’s advice for brides planning now…

Do a first look you won’t regret it! It is such a special moment with your husband. The wedding will go by so fast and even though the day is about you and your partner you probably won’t have another chance to share a private moment together again until the wedding is over. Plus it’ll help some with the wedding jitters!
