Apopka Wedding venue, Club Lake Plantation

We are thrilled to share another incredible wedding at the Apopka wedding venue, Club Lake Plantation!

Writing these little blog stories is more challenging than it may seem because SO MUCH goes into a wedding day. So many hours of planning what it will look like, which vendors will help bring it to life, and most importantly, ensuring that it will be a beautiful celebration for the blending of two lives.

Eric & Amanda’s day was all of this and more. They worked as a team to plan the perfect ceremony and party to celebrate the official combining of their family.

All the details, big and small, came together beautifully. When they were thrown the curveball of COVID and a minor bus accident that delayed their guests, they took it in stride and didn’t let it keep them from having the best day ever. That is what it’s all about in life and in weddings. :)

Sharing in the moment with our family and closest friends. Looking around the room and seeing everyone having a great time!

Due to COVID, roughly half of Eric and Amanda’s guests were unable to attend their beautiful day at this Apopka wedding venue. Luckily they were able to stream the entire ceremony live so everyone could still feel like they were right there. Thank goodness for technology!

There are never enough good things to say about the fabulous Kristin from Our DJ Rocks. Not only is she the #bossbabe owner of Our DJ Rocks, but she can keep the party going like no other! Eric and Amanda totally agreed…

Kristin from Our DJ Rocks was everything we hoped she would be. She kept everyone on the dance floor. She held the room so well. We really couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with Kristin & Our DJ Rocks Team!!

She even played their special song “Grow Old With You” from Adam Sandler’s The Wedding Singer, a favorite of Amanda’s.

Eric and Amanda’s advice for brides planning their weddings now is…

Go for it! Reach for the stars!! No detail is too small. Go after everything you want, you won’t regret it!!

These two certainly did just that! They knew what they wanted for their big day and they stuck to their guns until they could make that happen. Congratulations to you, Mr. and Mrs. Cohen! We loved being a part of the blending of your two wonderful families!
